DIRECTIONS

Directions to our offices in downtown Minneapolis:
310 Fourth Avenue South, Suite 7000, Minneapolis

From the East: Take 94 west to the 5th Street exit.  Take a right onto 11th Avenue (the first stoplight).  Go to Washington Avenue North and take a left.  Go to 4th Avenue and take a left.  The Flour Exchange Building is 1.5 blocks down on your right, between 3rd Street and 4th Street.   To access the Gateway Ramp, take an immediate left into the ramp after turning onto 4th Avenue from Washington.

From the West:  Take 394 east to exit 9C - Washington Avenue.  Take a right onto Washington Avenue North heading toward downtown.  Take a right onto Fourth Avenue South.  To access the Gateway Ramp, take an immediate left into the ramp after turning onto 4th Avenue from Washington.

From the North:  Take 35W south to Washington Avenue, take a right.  Go to 4th Avenue and take a left.  The Flour Exchange Building is 1.5 blocks down on your right, between 3rd Street and 4th Street.   To access the Gateway Ramp, take an immediate left into the ramp after turning onto 4th Avenue from Washington.

Alternate route from the North:
Take 94 east to the 4th Street exit, continue straight on 4th Street until you get to 5th Avenue.  Take a left on 5th Avenue and then an immediate left into the Jerry Haaf Ramp.  Walk out of the ramp onto 4th Street and take a right.  Walk to 4th Avenue, cross the street, and take a right.  The Flour Exchange Building is on your left.

From the South:  Take 35W north.  Follow the downtown exits, take the 5th Avenue exit and continue straight on 5th Avenue for approximately one mile.  Immediately after you pass 4th Street, take a left into the Jerry Haaf Ramp.  Walk out of the ramp onto 4th Street and take a right.  Walk to 4th Avenue, cross the street, and take a right.  The Flour Exchange Building is on your left.

Directions to Linnan & Associates' offices in East St. Paul:
1051 Arkwright Street, St. Paul

Take 35E to Maryland Avenue, take Maryland east two blocks to Arkwright Street.  Take a right onto Arkwright at the SuperAmerica.  Continue five blocks to 1051 Arkwright, at the corner of Cook Avenue and Arkwright.  Street parking is available on Arkwright or Cook.
